Which ingredients do we need to make these Biscoff Banana Caramel Cups?

Of course, Biscoff Biscuits, Bananas and Caramel sauce? Yes.

Anything else? Some whipped cream too. And this recipe makes 3 servings that is 3 cups. You can increase or decrease the quantity to suit your number of servings. And also because this is a no-bake recipe and needs just assembling once you get the caramel sauce ready.

Let me list down the ingredients:

  1. Lotus Biscoff Cookies and their crumbs
  2. Caramel Sauce
  3. Ripe Banana
  4. Whipped Cream

You can (optionally) add some cake too and make it a trifle! Some Vanilla Cake bites would taste so good in this recipe. If you want to make a quick Vanilla cake without milk or yogurt for adding to these cups, you can check this Vegan Vanilla Cake Recipe.

How to prepare Caramel Sauce?

I prepare the caramel sauce with only three ingredients: White Sugar, Butter and Milk. Below are few images to give you a quick glimpse.

I will post a proper recipe (and easy way!) soon to make caramel sauce with milk.
