Ingredients
You will need only one main ingredient that is Sweet Potatoes if you have an Indian kitchen as other spices are usually stocked up.
Sweet Potatoes: You can take any variety, any size. Only adjust the spices and salt accordingly. I have used 2 medium sized sweet potatoes which yield up to 4 servings.
Spices: Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder of the Deggi Mirch variety and Salt. You can also add pepper powder or Garam Masala but I like to keep this simple. These baked sweet potato slices taste very delicious even though there are less spices in this recipe. Some times, less is more!
Optionally,
Rice Flour/All-purpose Flour: If you want to make it crispier, add this to the mix.

Tips:
You can shallow fry these as well but it takes more oil for that so I prefer baking them which uses just 2 tablespoons which makes them healthier and guilt-free to consume.
You can mix everything in advance to kind of marinate the sweet potato slices and bake them immediately before serving. Reheat the leftovers by baking again for 4-5 minutes at the same temperature.
