Baked Sweet Potato Slices

- 2 Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2-3 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Salt (as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Oil
In a bowl, peel and slice the sweet potatoes thinly.
Add the salt, spices and oil. Use your hands or a spoon to evenly coat the slices with the spice-oil mix.
Spread the slices on a tray and bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes at 180°C. Turn the slices over once at the 7-8 minute mark to bake evenly.
Serve hot.
For a crispier version, add 1 tablespoon of rice flour while mixing and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
You can try the same recipe with other vegetables like Potatoes, Brinjal, Cauliflower, etc.
You can also shallow fry these but it takes more oil for that so I prefer baking them which uses just 2 tablespoons which makes them better and much less guilt-free to consume.
