Ingredients

  • 100 grams Fresh Blueberries
  • 100 grams Milk Chocolate

Instructions

  • Wash the blueberries and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  • Break the milk chocolate into pieces and place over a bowl of hot water to melt. Keep a plate lined with parchment paper ready.
  • Coat each blueberry using a toothpick or just a fork and place on parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate becomes firm. Serve or refrigerate to serve later.

Notes

You can use strawberries, raspberries, banana slices or even nuts instead of blueberries in this recipe. 
The shelf life for these chocolate covered blueberries is as long as the fruit inside doesn't go bad.
